Everyone I know of is outside the USA. HHmmm. Do you think a black man would have problems getting licensed if married to a pretty blonde blue eyed sister?
Let's face it, race matters to a lot. Pres. Obama wouldn't have been elected if wife was white. Wouldn't have been "black enough". Same type is carried over intop church world when we should be leading in oneness.

It is a touchy subject. I don't know how old you are, but I grew up in the 50's-60's. Visited relatives in Mississippi often, saw things that were horrific, in public, in broad daylight. I would hate to think what happened at night. And I don't remember ever hearing much against it but, that's just the way it is.
I just wonder if it's the same today, are we still hesitant to address it?

While I will admit there can be cultural probelms for interracial couples in some parts of the country the bible does not forbid it.
I had a struggle accepting this myself due my Southern upbringing and concepts passed on from relatives.Searching the scriptures,I could not find Biblical evidence to forbid it.
Sadly I've seen grandchildren rejected and severe family probelms arise in these sort of marriages living in the deep south and residing in a small Southern town.

Not to change the subject about racism in the church, but when i was a kid i lived in Japan during the early '70s. My mom is japanese and my dad is white and I experienced ........ from both cultures, mainly from adults-kids don't care until they become corrupted by adults.
