Might be. This is what I read on Twitter - "If Rick Perry gets elected, he should appoint Sarah as his White House Spokesperson. The MSM wouldn't know what to do with her."

Wouldn't that be a hoot and a half?!

The idea of Perry picking Rubio has some complications. I am not saying it couldnt happen but I am saying it isnt a done deal considering the Bush factor.
He would pick him because we need Florida and he is a Conservative Hispanic.

On the other hand, I ran across a short article the other day, didn't save the link, but the title read - Romney and Rubio on Syria. It just seemed strange to me as the information in the article wasn't referencing the two together, but the title seemed to be doing that very thing.

So, what do you think about the Bushes and Cheney endorsing KBH against Perry and him winning the governorship anyway? Did it only work in Texas, but maybe not on the national level?

The theater would be great, but her voice is so grating to me. On the other hand, if I can put up with Gibb's giddy, giggling, I can put up with Palin's voice.

Oh, I think Perry would pick him... I am just not sure Rubio would go for it.

As for the Texas thing with KBH, they all tried hard to beat Perry and failed but that doesnt mean the hatchet is burried.

I know that Jeb has been ON Paul Ryan to run. They want someone to beat Perry. There is a lot of talk that if Perry wins, they and their money will sit it out.

Rubio would have some issues long term if he takes that VP slot.

Rubio hasn't denied that he wouldn't accept the VP slot when asked. And, normally, they pick someone that isn't as polarizing as the presidential candidate. That is why Rubio would suit as VP and Chris Christie would not. Christie just saying he wouldn't take the second slot lets me know he wants to stay in his powerful position as Governor in NJ.

Yes, Rubio is an up and running star, but he is in his first term and not having enough experience to be commander-in-chief, if need be. Just the information that I am seeing, they are pushing him toward it though. We shall see.

I agree with all the above 100%.

I dont have an issue with a VP candidate being somwhat green. The job itself prepares the guy. LOTS of VP candidates were equal in experience to Rubio.

And Christy in my mind fits what I said about all the rest of the guys running. I dont think I want any of them as the VP guy. The exception might (MIGHT) be Cain. But only because he is an outsider and that works for him.

I agree with you on the VP candidate being green not being a big issue and that the office prepares them. Rubio for VP 2012! He is enormously impressive. Great presence.

And I might get clobbered for my Cain comments here. I was excited when he got in, at the beginning. I love him to death, listened to him at the debates, listen to his interviews, read what he writes, but there is an aura of weakness that hangs around him. I feel it during his interviews. Perhaps it's his showmanship (radio personality) that isn't stately enough for me or his hesitancy on answering some questions in the way I want them to be answered, but there is is. I don't want Cain as VP either. I'd like him to be somewhere, but not VP.
