I'm more than happy to give straight answers. Problem is, every time I give one, you infract me or ban me. I've had to become the monster you created.

Long for woman means uncut to the Lord.
Scripturally men need only to cut their hair to be "right". Different cultures may have different limits but it needs to look masculine. Ever seen a lesbian wanting to look like a man.. ? Men need to follow their God called Pastor and let him draw the lines.

I agree with distinction of sexes. Seems to me one of the beter ways to do this is with beards.

I respectfully suggest you do a new study from scratch setting apart the bias you have from your religious background. You may be surprised at what you find.
I am pasting a link to an article on the uncut hair doctrine that is interesting;

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

I figured that's what you would say... since I've heard it many times before. (BTW I'm a woman who has never cut her hair....ever!) But I think the way you worded your original post suggests that bobbed hair won't make it into heaven ("doesn't mix").... lol Oh wellllllll who cares is right!
Another note... I ALWAYS have my "thinking cap on" and I'm honestly content with whatever God's Plan is...
With internet posts and texting, there is always the possibility of misunderstanding and can be deceptive when you can't see or hear the spirit in which something is said... and is many times interpreted in the offensive/defensive mode...rather than conversational. Just my observation....

Re: Two Things That Just Don't Mix....
I have known sisters with uncut hair who have such a prideful and rebellious spirit it was so sad. Then again, I know of sisters who are so humbled and submissive in Spirit, who do cut their hair that I admire their walk.
While some see the cut/uncut hair an issue, I do not. I see the entire issue of 1Corinthians 11 to be more of the issue of submission to godly authority in the home and in the Church, rather than an issue of hair. If submission was all about hair, then this would be repeated throughout the scriptures. But, it is not. It is about walking in the commandments of God, walking in holiness, and walking in a right spirit before our Lord.
OPII, we disagree, but allow me to tell you that when we get to Heaven and stand before the throne with all the other believers, look to your right and left and see the sisters with the uncut hair praise and worshiping with the sisters with cut hair. See the brother with long hair kneeling with the brethren with the cut hair. You will see men and women of God and the revealing of the truth, that the scriptures deman obedience, and a submissive willing heart.
