Stepper, Somehow I feel this discussion, for you, is representative of much more than whether Christ still has a glorified body... hmmm....

Also, the answer to the thread topic is going to vary depending on peoples views about whether the dead in Christ have already risen. In fact, it's going to be totally pointless to discuss this topic with anyone that has a different view on whether the dead in Christ have risen. All it will turn into is a discussion about whether the dead in Christ have risen or not and you apparently will not discuss that.
Well for one the above quote on Top is from an Admin so I no longer believe that I have the liberty to discuss specific questions.
The thread was simply intended to be a Poll. I gave the correct answer to be fair yet people are going to believe what they believe until God reveals it to them.
If you wanna talk about something many deem to be yet future then that will probably have to go in the Eschatology section.
Many have posted Eschatology type threads in this section but apparently they get a pass, maybe because it may or may not meet the current Admin's positions. I could be wrong though.
Whatever the case I am a man subject to authority like almost everyone else..
Stepper, please don't feel that way... if something is written as warning or intent of the Admin Team it will clearly be identified as such.
I was just thinking, out loud, what was apparent to me personally.

I am a firm believer in the Old Paths
Articles on such subjects as "The New Birth," will be accepted, whether they teach that the new birth takes place before baptism in water and Spirit, or that the new birth consists of baptism of water and Spirit. - THE PENTECOSTAL HERALD Dec. 1945
"It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves
"For he hath put all things under his feet [past tense as you have pointed out]. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
And when all things shall be subdued unto him [this is anticipatory], then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all."
It may well be that "all things" ('all things' except He Who put these things under the feet of the Son of God) have presently been placed under His feet. However, there is still sin in our world. There is still rebellion against the will of God. I find in my own heart a struggle sometimes where I am constantly placing things "under His feet" with the help of the Holy Spirit.
I have surmised that not "all things" are under His feet at the present time.
As far as how "flesh" equals "Spirit and life" - I'd have to say that only the flesh that has been resurrected by the power of God would even come close. Thus, the resurrected Jesus Christ (He Who "was dead, and is alive for evermore!") has the keys to death, hell and the grave.
The "Spirit and Life" you appear to be referring to are jingling in the "fleshly" hands of our Sovereign Lord.

*Tip toes on thin ice*
LOL. You do realize how whiny this post makes you sound right? By the way you didn't give the correct answer, you gave the wrong answer but I guess you are going to believe what you believe.

I agree. Hoovie's question wasn't an "admin" thing. It seems StepStone has some cards up his sleeve. Why don't you put them out on the table for all of us to take a look at?
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.
-------------------------
Death is the last enemy that shall be destroyed (Verse 26). Once death is destroyed then Christ will cease to reign (Verse 25). This will all happen at the end (24). The end won't happen till after the second coming of Christ (23). The dead will be made alive at the second coming of Christ (22+23).
Therefore, if the dead have not yet been made alive then 1 Corinthians 15 speaks of events which are yet to happen and thus Christ still reigns and death is not yet destroyed.
Further, all the verses except 27 speak of these things in future tense, mostly evidenced by the use of "shall". (I have bolded the relevant parts).
Further, read 1 Corinthians 15:51-54 for more insight. These verses clearly show that death is not swallowed up in victory until the dead are raised incorruptible...
God lives out side of time, these things are completed in HIM, we, however, live in time, and it is clear all around us that God is not yet, "all in all".

Is Jesus Sitting on a Throne in His Flesh?
Do people pray to a flesh entity?
John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
Words in this passage comes from "Rhema" not "Logos."
Rhema means speech, utterance, you hear a sound.
All power and authority transferred from one promise to another, it transferred from one set of words that were spoken to another set of words that were spoken. These spoken Words are Spirit & Life, not flesh...
I have now thought about it, Christ has the body He had after His resurrection, it was flesh, yet different than ours. It was incorruptible. You can now count my vote as a "Yes".
