The terrorist can be in Yemen or Yakima, if he is responsible for the planning of and/or actual deaths of American citizens, I think an attempt should be made to incarcerate him/her.


If in the attempt to incarcerate the terrorist that person is killed, it is fine by me.


Really, there was no need for this information to be made public anyway. The CIA will kill "enemies of the State" in the performance of their duties-- it's part of their job.



Furthermore, if we are engaged in an actual, "War On Terror", why would it be a problem to kill the enemy while waging war?

This "American" has renounced is citizenship and has decided to wage war on us.

If we are at war, you kill your enemies.
