Re: Which watch should I add to my collection? "Po

I just carry a big stick with me wherever I go. When I want to know the time I plant it in the ground and sort of "guess-ta-mate." Even though I frequently miss appointments people have generally been more respectful toward me since I started carrying a big stick around.

Everything else is just an extravagance. Get a big stick.

What do you do on cloudy, rainy days? carry a big umbrella?

No, my "guess-ta-mates" work well enough no matter the weather. I'm happy with the system.

My boss used to keep asking me why I was always missing work. I used to just tell her "alien abduction." That started to wear a little thin lately, so when I read RandyWayne's post in another thread about "machines from the future..."

Well, what good is a time piece at all when your bane is "machines from the future?" Plus, since nobody truly understands time travel, not even Einstein did, really, any excuse for absenteeism or tardiness involving "machines from the future" will always work. When the excuse starts to wear out, just have the "machines from the future" travel further back in time.

I like watches, but nothing expensive. I have one Seiko, one Pulsar, one Invicta, and one Casio. The Seiko was the most expensive, but I caught it on sale for $99.99!

Woohoo, I love a bargain!

Nope. But I would buy an $800 watch for $150!

NUMBER 1 (Gold on Silver)

Number 2 (Silver on Silver w/little gold)
So which one did you buy?

I'm patiently waiting for my watch to evolve.

We covered that, you need two watches to produce an "off spring."

The "off spring" will have the randomly mutated cogs that will represent the evolutionary changes you seek.
