I guess I'm borderline unamerican in regard to grilling. I like to eat grilled burgers or steaks but ........not enough to do it.

Our current home had a natural gas grill in backyard. The first summer we tried to use it with poor success. We replaced the burner, grates etc., still no cooking success.

Could it be that it isn't the Grill but the cook?
