Disagree all you want but you guys can't cite portions of the Constitution that have been amended and say the amendment is unconstitutional. that doesn't even make sense. The whole point of being able to amend the Constitution is the ability to change it when needed.

Coadie, I have already said I agree that I (D4T as well) pay taxes, & I believe in filing tax forms.

That being said, there is no law on the books authorizing a collection of Income tax.
In the film he gives fact that the 16th ammendment did not pass & there are judges who believe the same as well.

Furthermore, he goes on to say "Income tax" is a tax that goes against your Constitution.

I can see what you are saying if the constitution said that there could be no direct or unapportioned taxes and then a constitutional amendment was made that stated that this limitation would no longer be valid.

THEN they could make the 16th amendment.

You have to state that you are undoing these restrictions.

But the 16th amendment created an ability for a direct & unapportioned tax flying directly in the face of a specific and unamended limitation.
