Carp, I don't think you are a UPCbasher at all. I think you have strong opinions and you express those opinions in strong ways. Nothing wrong with that. Many others here have those same opinions. They just soften the blow a little when they speak. Both ways are fine. God made us all individuals for a reason.

As an admitted UPC basher myself, I don't believe Carp is one... I admire his spirit and his character. If there was a screw somewhere that I could unscrew that would dismantle the UPC church completely, I would turn it... Carp would not.

I like that quote, but see how it could be used by both sides of an argument equally.

Personally, I found my confidence that I was right to be vanity... who was I to say that out of 6 billion people on earth, that I have "truth" exactly right, and not only that I was born into it, unlike the other 5.x billion people. (Also read recently that the RCC church claimes over 1 billion globally, but not sure how accurate that is).

We live in east TX and did live in southeast TX only about 20 mile from the gulf. We know what hot is all about.

What if you were told to wear long underwear under your long pants? Would you do so? That's essentially what pantyhose are (except see-through and skintight)...
