I understand what the Bible is saying when it talks about being single, because I had a holy intimacy with God that could rival nothing. I prayed and told Him that I did not want to date because I didn't want to share that time. Guess what? He sent him anyway -ha. But, I have the thrill of being married to someone who is my best friend but he is more in love with God than he is with me. Just the way I like it!

I know what you mean, Tamor. I was in church a couple of years before I got married. I loved my alone time with just me and God and didn't want to, at first, share that with a husband.
You are right, though, it is a thrill being married to someone that is your best friend. I know I haven't appreciated him enough. I appreciate him now more than ever. I can't imagine living without him. He is so faithful to God and this family. I am blessed!

LOL! Well, my husband is ex-military, Airforce, and so he is neat as a pin. How is a pin neat and where did that expression come from? lol!
Anyway, as long as I am El Numero Uno nothing else matters!

This is about a transvestite. Ray Davies wrote the lyrics after their manager got drunk at a club and started dancing with what he thought was a woman. Toward the end of the night, his stubble started showing, but their manager was too tanked to notice

We had some friends who were married and the husband was military. He put everything away... folded just right... he even put his folded clothes in the drawer arranged according to how old (faded) they were.

Lord, you have no idea! He is famous for saying, "Does that belong there?"
"No, daddy, I guess it doesn't!!!!"
You should see his shop. If you take anything - he will know it! lol!
It does save me a bunch of trouble. I wouldn't like living with a slob!
