You may be right, but as we are all trying to be "relevant" in God's kingdom, I view it in the same way. We can't look back to "sawdust" floors and all night prayers meetings. We have to deal with now. What do we do now?

I can't NOT vote because I don't like everyone's view. As Ferd said, "We need to keep the eye on the ball."

I'm just seeing more and more people looking toward the church, any church, and I know everything is going to be all right. Being raised Catholic I had a huge awareness of God which led me further, so I don't dismiss the faith of any person.

I keep going back to faith, because when the curtain is drawn - it's all we have.

I'm going to do the best I can, vote for who represents me best and try to come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of Christ.

If I don't turn my face to this purpose, I'll be swallowed up in despair.

Reality doesn't mean anything to this crowd and the crowd last night. Joe Lieberman believes and votes completely opposite of the Repugnats except on the war. They just used him like a pervert uses his innocent prey.

As I listened to Fred Thompson last night I was reminded of my world history class in high school. The subject of a test was, "show where someone uses fear to gain control of a country".

Here is a quote from the past. Who said it????

Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country. quote verified at snopes.com

Hermann Goering

Wake up America we have the same thing happening now just as it did in Nazi Germany.

The theme last night was IF YOU ARE NOT FOR THE WAR YOU ARE NOT PATROTIC.

Light, you are a Grace builder but not Apostolic. Most of us are not voting for baby killers as some are, but that doesn't mean we can't find something good about them.

Why didn't you address the Quote instead of saying something that you know absolutely nothing about.

So you quote a Nazi party official to prove what? How where the soldiers of the Allies prompted to fight this kind of ideology? The fact is that is what the Islamic terrorist are doing now, and somebody better stand up to them or risk becoming the next Chamberlin.

Besides all that how can you remember a question from high school, wasn't that during the Revolutionary War?

The very thing Goering said is being said today. Yes there is a threat from the terrorist ,but the war in Iraq was not about the terrorists they were in Afghanistan. We were lied to by the shrub and his shoot your friend in the face side kick. If you are not for the war that we were lied to about you are not a patriot. This is being said over and over by repugnants.Just keep the people in fear and you can get away with torture and the many illegal thing the shrub has done. Keep the people in fear and the people will give up their rights in the name of security.

I have a memory like an elephant.

Yes all most.

Have you heard from your mom and dad lately? I tried to call but must have the wrong number.
