When I was a child, I distinctly recall people talking about "The Hoover Days"....Remember those days of The Great Depression. I think America might be a little concerned about another Hoover as President.
I have heard Herbert Hoover spoken of as the worst president in American history, along with GWB...Not saying I agree with that analysis of either - but they are often in the top 5....Others mention Jimmy Carter.
