Salmon is really good for you--it seems blasphemous to ruin that health benefit with butter!!!!! Olive oil tastes really good anyway!

But 30 minutes...I have yet to cook any meal in 30 minutes, unless it was Taco Salad or burgers, etc.
well this one was crazy. it was a lasagna. It tasted really good. my wife decided to make it and she really is not an experienced cook.

she would keep running into a road block because the recipe was off somehow and would call me.

when she cooks, I try to stay out of the way, because while inexperienced, she is a good cook, and I dont want her to think I am taking over.

anyway, it calls for a bachemel sauce but the recipe called for about half the needed flour! the poor girl was standing there boiling milk thinking it was gonna thicken for EVER!

and the meat sauce was SOUP>

i wanted to throttle Rachel Ray ,the fake chef!

Re: Salmon on the Grill

I need to find a good recipe for Rice Pilaf or something to go with it.

Today I made a Holiday Salad, that has Mandrin oranges, pineapples, coconut, sour cream and marshmellows, cucumber, tomatoes, and macarroni and cheese.
