No but I have some Greek seasoning I have never used.

How do you usually use it?

I use it on just about any meat except fish, and it is great on vegetables as well. If I'm going to broil or bake some chicken, a lot of times I will just put a little butter in the pan and rub the Greek Seasoning on the chicken and it is delicious!

Or I will put small red potatoes in a bowl in the microwave with a little water and a little butter and sprinkle the Greek Seasoning over it and cover it, they are yummy that way. These are just simple things that I do, but I use it a lot.

I am saying all of this like I cook all the time, I actually don't cook that much anymore, but I have done my fair share in the past!!

Re: Holiday Weekend Plans

If it doesn't rain out my plans, I'm going fishing!!

I bought the insect repellent today so that the mosquitoes don't bite more than the fish...

I need to do something to combat the stress. Fishing is relaxing... and free, since I'll be fishing at my parent's catfish pond.

We WERE thinking about calling hubby's mom and telling her we wanted to come visit for the weekend. Since hubby is about to have to miss so much work after his surgery... I thought it best to save that money we'd have spent on gas for the trip.

Okay, what surgery? You have not filled me in on this! Is this from the accident?
