I've held my peace as long as I could, but the time has come for me to speak out. I've read some of the threads... I've seen the jokes... the foolishness and God sees it too. And, in case anyone has forgotten.... may I remind you of what the Scriptures say of your "immpractical jokes"... your "jesting"... your idleness?
Eph 5:4 Neither filthiness, nor
foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
Pro 24:9 The
thought of foolishness [is] sin: and the scorner [is] an abomination to men.
Mar 7:20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
Mar 7:21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
Mar 7:22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride,
foolishness:
Mat 12:36 But I say unto you, That
every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
As a very wise man said.....
Gotcha!
