Bro Mahaney passed away this morning. He was hemmoraging in his stomach and his kidneys failed. They gave him blood all night, the bleeding never stopped. I hope to have more details later. we are all in shock. when i know about the funeral arrangements, i will pass it along.

Sad to here this, I did like his preaching.
One of my favorites things I heard him say on a Tape I had years ago was on prayer.
He said, [para-phrased] When Peter was walking on the water toward Jesus
an then began to sink.
Do you think Peter prayed some long eloquent prayer?
Like.. "Oh father which art in heaven and hath flung the furthest stars in the firmament of the heavens with thine hand, consider thus thy servant as the waves dissipate beneath my podiatry." Do you think he prayed that?
No! He said, "HELP!!!!!!!!!"
