To my knowledge, I have never met Monterrey. But if he is who I think he is, then I must defend him as a man of integrity who has stood for Apostolic truth in the face of some really outrageous defamation of his character. He is not UPCI for some very good reasons. He most certainly was NOT "kicked out" of the UPCI.
My defense of him is predicated on the fact that he is who I think he is.
