Looks pretty fair to me.
I do HOPE a few of your realize that we have allowed the "questioning openly of admin" in these threads without reprecussions.
However, it is getting a bit old at this point. Report the post that are offensive, let the admin team do their thing and then don't complain about the outcome.
I honestly haven't seen so much outrage toward admins in a long time.

Nothing was done.
What next is to be done??
