Loren Yadon uses scripture, logic, history, and learned exegesis. He's destroyed. Lee Stoneking references witches, develops hair-healing theology, and he's a hero. Someone help me make sense of this.

If I can get a copy of it again I will be posting it somewhere.

This is very true and a sad commentary.
Tony works in your neck of the woods NOW, maybe he has a copy of those sermons.

Maybe so. I'll ask. I've talked with Bro. Yadon a couple of times over the years and he's just as much the gentle, kind person he was then. He did an AMAZING critique of "God Chasers" and got me a copy.
Do you think he would want the sermon posted?

He sent me a copy of The Hardest Idea to Accept after this all went down, I don't think he would mind at all.
He is a very kind man, we had he and his wife over our house for dinner before he left Stockton but after the blow up.
He is an amazing communicator.

Well, I don't have a tape recorder/player if you mean the reel to reel kind.
I can play CD's in my truck or van.
I could probably find a place to play a cassette tape.

What did he think of "God Chasers"?
I've heard good and bad about it.

From the motivation of self-preservation, I don't see how this could ever happen.
But I applaud you.

I certainly don't seek applause. It's simply something I must do to be honest with myself and others.
I agree the vast majority of the UPC constituency shares the view that Christ is working and saving in other denominations in spite of their (different) understanding of Acts 2:38.
I even believe the majority of ministers do too but they will not state it publicly, over the pulpit because of the ingrained fear of being seen as "weak" by their peers and the hierarchy of the church. Of course the same fear prevents accuracy in any polls on the matter, yet there is much anecdotal evidence that this is the case. I can think of multiple conversations I have had with folks who would be considered three steppers, yet they believe more than just Oneness Pentecostals will be in heaven. Here are some quotes including some OP ministers I have spoken with.
"I would like to believe if one is not baptized in Jesus Name, God will look at the direction of their heart and judge them accordingly."
"If you are concerned about ________ _______ (a Christian who died non OP), I want you to know I believe God has made a way. He is more merciful than we can ever hope to be."
"God will certainly take into account their Christian walk. It was not all for naught."
I can only hope those Oneness Pentecostals who read this, and know the body of Christ is greater than a splinter of Christianity, might be encouraged to speak the truth in love.

I am a firm believer in the Old Paths
Articles on such subjects as "The New Birth," will be accepted, whether they teach that the new birth takes place before baptism in water and Spirit, or that the new birth consists of baptism of water and Spirit. - THE PENTECOSTAL HERALD Dec. 1945
"It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves
