I knew a former Pastor who wore a prayer shawl while praying. He said he bought it from someone in Israel. It was a real one, not a fake like most you can find around.
He also had a shofar in his office. I don't recall him ever using it though.

I was over a minister's house talking with him in his kitchen. When someone stopped over for a visit. The individual just came back from Israel. They handed the brother a jar filled with water from the Jordan river. He was having a conversation with the individual and myself. Without missing a beat or breaking his stride, he dumped the water down the sink. The individual noticeably upset blurted out, hey, elder, that is real water from the river Jordan. He again, as smooth as melted butter "That isn't enough water to baptize anyone, and it is so dirty who would drink it." Yet, the individual had a prayer shawl they wanted to give to the minister. they said this is a real prayer shawl from Israel. It was purchased in the old city. We looked at it and there was a little tag on the end. Which read "Made in China."
