aak, are you saying there is less visible (discernible) damage from an AR[ape] than VR?
Regardless, I would think that rape, even within marriage, would be defined as ANY sexual act forced upon a spouse.

Or...am I understanding this post to say that there is damage whether it is consensual or not, therefore it is impossible to determine if it was forced, in spite of physical injury?

Exactly! That is what I will be up against. I believe it was rape. But as you well know he is saying consentual.
