Did you think that Ted Cruz believed he had a chance to win liberal NY and Trump's home base?

Pretty much how everyone figured it would play out. Although, from the media, you'd think Trump reached the full 1237 tonight.

@benshapiro: The primaries are rigged. Cruz won 1.2 million votes and 104 delegates in his home state. Trump will win 400K and 91 delegates in his state.
Yep. Trump should stop whining. If anything, he's been the overwhelming recipient of the rigging.

It's rigged! Rigged, I yell ya!
@Redistrict: In Bronx's #NY15, Trump received 604 votes and won three delegates. In North Country's #NY21, Kasich received 17,868 votes and won ZERO.

Trump didn't win the majority in his own district - 42%.
At 75% reporting - Bernie Sanders won 598,612 and Trump was at 370,451. And we know that Hillary won the state. So, apparently, NY loves Bernie and Hillary more than Trump.
NY is a non-factor in the General Election. It only proves that Trump can't win NY in the General.
Adding that now Trump needs 58% of the remaining delegates (1,237) to win, going forward.

THIS is... an unbelievable post.
Trump wins NY and mathematically eliminates Cruz from winning on the first ballot... and its a loss for Trump?
Cruz can't even get a majority in his home state, and is practically sent packing in NY, showing even the Republicans in NY won't vote for him, and therefore Trump can't win the general against Hillary?
Yep, unicorns and skittles. Some folks have literally gone into total fantasy land.

PO - this is a reach, even for you.
Well, maybe not, since you put on your Cruz-colored glasses!
Lol.
