Rom 6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

I'm only stating what is. That's all.
What I mean is, there was a person on staff that was allowed to take advantage of certian vulnerable students and nothing was done by leadership. I wont go into details but some of these people were related to those who had some horrible experiences.
It's something they have to work thru and hopefully with the help of the Lord, they can

I've often said there would be a lot less Lesbians in the US *and by that I mean those women who have seem to have become men* if men would have manned up..been the spiritual head of their home... been the responsible husband...love their wife... rather than what men have done to society as a whole..

Women struggle with the same things...pride, lust, ego, responsibility, etc.
Women should look like women and men should look like men and not visa versa. I think both cons and libs agree with that. But certain apparel like dresses for women and pants for men...those were imposed by the general culture as the norm for our society many years ago. Culture has changed and so has what is considered the norm. If a particular piece of apparel was something ordained of God for all time, we might all be wearing robes today. As for hair, the verses in Corinthians are not cut and dry.
God did not set an ordinance for women not to cut their hair in the OT. Why would you think that is what Paul is teaching? And yet on things as vague as these, folks are condemned. Cons come out with, "It's so sad" or "they are giving in to their flesh". It really sounds absurd!

Ron, I know who you are talking about and yes we all know. What he did was WRONG. Yep. It was wrong.
However, I do not know for a fact that they are living in that condition now. I do not know for a fact that they haven't repented. Neither do you.

It sure has. should all the women burn thier bras because a certain segment decided to?
What about dressing like Avril (Vampire) Lavigne?
Society changed to accept that as norm, did the Bible?

The bigger issue to me is what we are talking about here, are we talking about bitterness or standards?
I definitely DO limit my time and choose not to associate much with BITTER people, I do believe that bitterness is toxic.
But that is an entirely different issue than someone changing some of their beliefs on matters such as standards.
In that regard (standards) I am curious, are we to understand that no one on this thread has ever changed where they stood previously on standards?? Not at all? In any area??

For Renda...
Jud 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Since Ron obviously has me on ignore, can you ask him if he knows this for a fact?

Jesus, "bring forth fruits meet for repentance."
If one repents, it will show itself.
