How long did she speak in tongues in front of the snoring, nodding, shouting Methodists?

Interesting. All the Methodist churches I know of have old people who are sitting on the pews, with an inch of dust on them. If they shook, or shouted they would snap like a potato chips.

I met a Methodist pastor at a funeral near where I live.

He was my age early 40's.

Here is what he shared with me.

I have been baptized in the name of Jesus.

He met with the local officials of the Methodist Church.

He had been teaching on the importance of the Holy Spirit baptism and speaking in Tounges.

They had brougt drums into the church.

The music has been brought up to date.

The church runs over 300 and has a modest population of older saints.

Their are many younger saints attending the congregation.

His point that his experience in Christ is not definded by dogma or a track that has the Methodist logo on the back.

To be or not to be...
If a tree falls in the forest and there's nobody there does it make a sound?
If a phone rings in Florida and nobody knows who it is did it really ring?

I have a theory - extraterrestrials invaded Florida and took over the phone lines. They spread rumors and innuendoes only about those wearing tinfoil hats living in tinfoil lined rooms. Then they brought their captives aboard their denominational spaceships to .... you fill in the blank
