Rico man,
I fully accept and fully understand your last comment to me regarding my word construction.
What is really interesting to me, is that your post quoted above, speaks directly to the middle part of that last post.
We need to REALLY REALLY understand what should be happening when we are endeavoring in or exploring "a good exercise in faith".
Wanting an outcome is not "a good exercise in faith".
Passionately desiring and repeatedly asking God is not "a good exercise in faith".
Hearing 'God speak' or seeing 'God do' and then declaring THAT which you have heard or seen....THAT IS "a good exercise in faith".

Hmmmm. The problem with your argument, in my opinion, is that it's easy to wait until after God acts, or does. The challenge lies in trusting Him whether He does or doesn't.

I didn't add nothing to the scripture, but it came by revelation from God. You do not have to believe me, because I don't have to answer to you, but only to God. I believe what He has shown me and that is all that counts. God gives me revelations about things, so if you choose to attack me and think that I am nuts, then go ahead, because you are not God and you don't have no idea about what He has shown me.

Re: Witchcraft = medication
I haven't had time to read this thread, but I just want to say I thank God for good heart doctors and for finding medicine that would adjust my heart rhythms and electrical impulses. I did pray for it to be healed, and continue to pray. Meanwhile, I will gladly take the meds!
What I DO hate is addictive medications because I've known too many people who get dependent on them. I almost refuse to take any strong pain killers, unless it's just absolutely necessary. I've seen too much abuse.

That is the issue that I have been talking about. If you don't trust God completely in being healed, then you won't be healed. It takes a lot of faith to trust God completely and it is not easy to trust Him completely. I know that from experience.

If anyone doubts-- Call it a revelation.
I know of some pretty large religions that sprung up with that same mentality!

????
If Joseph Smith wasn't the first thought that came to mind you must have been preoccupied.

Hey, I don't want to be the one to accuse people. The TIC was my rout at not getting a point maybe?
There are plenty of people that have revelations like that besides Smith... Young?
