Actually, for the married, adultery in the heart is almost certain to occur when they view porn due to the LUST that is stirred up in them.
I simply cannot see how you can differentiate between these sins and have a different rule to apply.

you must have misread my post. I was asking MOW how he could have one rule for dealing with folks, both single and married, where porn was concerned and a different rule for dealing with folks, married or single, who commit acts of fornication or adultery.
I was saying that viewing of PORN is the same as fornication for the single individual and the same as adultery, due to the lust in the heart, for the married individual.
Please revisit my post and see if you still get the idea that I was in any way suggesting that all who commit adultery are also involved in porn.
Did anyone else interpret my post the way Pressing On did? If they did I will request that it be deleted because I surely don't want anyone thinking that aI think that every commission of adultery begins with Porn.

You are right, Brother Phil. I misread what your post was intending to say. My humblest apologies! Although, my post still had some good and relevant points on the issue.
You were saying that anyone involved in porn is going to be also involved in fornication or adultery. You were not saying that everyone that is involved in fornication and adultery is due to porn. I get it. I apologize again.

Not a problem...
BTW.. I did appreciate the salient points that you made after your mis-interpretation!
Actually, I was saying that viewing Porn is, in my opinion, in and of itself a form of fornication for the single person and a form of adultery (due to the lusting after another woman not your wife) for the married individual.... no physical act with another person required!

Thanks for the compliment on my salient points after my mis-interpretation.

Is there any special virtue in the oil that appears on your forehead miraculously at times?
If you haven't tried rendered possum grease, it is the cat's meow for anointing in certain afflictions.
