My Mom was the best cook ever. It seems that she could make a delicious meal from nothing. She made the best fresh coconut cake I ever tasted. She has been gone nearly 10 years. I would give a king's ransom for one of her meals now. I, on the other hand, am a so-so cook but my daughters are near equal to my mom..

My wife is the best cook of all! Whether it's Mexican, Chinese, or "Okie", she can't be beat. I really should weigh 300 lbs!

Sam is anyone in Wisconsin conservative?
I can't speak for all cooking in Wisconsin.
My Mom was born there and lived there most of her life.
She cooked bland but I'm sure there are cooks in Wisconsin who do better.

As far as conservatives in Wisconsin, well, the Republican party was organized in Ripon, WI. I don't remember the date. Wisconsin has become quite liberal and is almost socialist now. Madison and Milwaukee are centers of learning for a very liberal agenda. I'm sure some of the folks in the small towns and on the farms are conservative.

I might have waxed a little "evangelistic" there. But I did score some points with the right person!
