I voted after signing in, but don't see anything referring to a timer of any sort.

It is at the bottom of the page...next to the 'Submit' button...ya know...the button that you have to hit to make your vote count?

Find digitalmuseum's video, look on the far right for the button that says 'Move to Top', CLICK IT, then scroll down to bottom of page, and hit 'Submit'.

But the timer didn't do anything, just kept bumping off seconds, saying it would be tallied in 7 minutes 39 seconds.

I guess it's a good idea to move #2 and #3 to the bottom, huh? I moved Michael to the top.

Exactly!

There are also a couple that are pretty good that I moved up to 2nd and 3rd as well, but make sure that digital museum is always at the very top.

The timer works its way down to 0, it's letting you know that at the top of the hour, they will take all votes in and make the changes at that time. (You won't see any changes till then.)

It's also the timer to let you know when it's okay for you to vote again.
