If by "preachers" you mean pastors and others serving in pulpit ministry (e.g. evangelists, teachers). Paul's prohibition is clear "I suffer not a woman to teach." Women are
required, however, to go into all the world to "preach the gospel" and "make disciples" but that is something entirely different from what Paul was prohibiting.

How do you deal with the texts about silence in the church and such?

Women are not to impart doctrine or otherwise do anything akin to the purpose of the "five-fold" or "four-fold" ministry in
Ephesians 4:11 (e.g. equip the saints to do the work of ministry).

GOD does not anoint and gift women to do things that they are prohibited in scripture from doing! Women may exercise spiritual gifts but they are prohibited from leadership in the Church and from imparting doctrine (the "five-fold" or "four-fold" ministry).
Every Christian has the Holy Ghost and, therefore, every Christian is anointed!
