OK, this is the actual correct information:
The name of the org was The General Assembly of the Apostolic Assemblies.
It came out of the Assemblies of God. It was founded in 1917, and it had an initial list of 154 ministries. So the issue was the impossibility of opting out of WWI, and the special railroads clergy rate for preachers.
This org didn't even have a general conference, it didn't last more than one year. It merged with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, which could enjoy the preachers benefits they didn't have. They merged early 1918.
I think it was a good move.
