I personally like to review about 3 pages prior to see if it is a matter of "chest thumping" like some of the residents like to do, or if there is a heated discussion and in the heat some things were posted in haste. Many times we can resolve issues with PM.

Fuh real. Didn't an admin just say a few days ago how she thinks people can't take a joke anymore???

I do not envy the Admins jobs. It is a rather thankless and unappreciated job. I think the best way to help them is to make no personal attacks against anyone. If someone is about to take something personal or the fuse is getting short, I would say, "Turn off the computer and walk away." We all know that is easier said than done!
