They are. Earlier post said we dont owe KSA anything, but they hold a lot of our bonds. While they have massive reserves, like a tril or so, a lot of their money is also tied up in US bonds. Bonds are debts. So we do owe the KSA. Our days of "not owing anyone anything" are long past. We owe the KSA a lot of money. Not the other way around.
