Funny how I'm the only one on here to post based on personal experience yet I'm the only one you're mad at. Why don't you go to those blogs by AA members and chew them out? Obviously you sympathize with the corrupt regimes.

Yes, coming into the middle of a conversation with someone loudly shouting slanderous innuendo at another party can certainly leave that impression.

I really do not see why PHNX got so worked up. Links concerning the organization in question have been posted where members of said organization openly discuss a scandal that rocked their ranks at the highest level. Not much reaction from PHNX.

But let someone who might be the only one on here that has had years of dealings with this organization speak up and PHNX goes nuts and begins a witch hunt insinuating that I have not been faithful to Apostolic doctrine without citing one example of my supposed infedelity. THAT is the with hunt.

Well, I didn't come in the middle, but that is what I am referring to.

As for the links, to me it seems that those people were not very ashamed of their actions and were very public about it. They all made fools of themselves. That is more than just a little tarnishment or a simple black eye on whatever truth they do have. Honestly, I would be embarrassed to be associated with them if I were.

Sometimes I think we get more of a black eye when we do not speak up and let the world know we do not condone corruption in out church leaders. Otherwise they think we are weak minded followers of men.

While I agree with that, I got the impression that it was more of a family brawl and that the person who published all of that (I only looked at the first link) came across to me more as being vindictive, rather than a person who was standing up for what was right. I may have gotten the wrong impression, but that was my impression.
