Re: Too much sugar kills you!

I use the Nutiva brand of coconut oil. Here is their website: https://store.nutiva.com/coconut-oil/ I have tried different brands of coconut oil, and like this one the best.

I don't buy from their website though. It is much cheaper at Costco.

My family rejects the kinds with coconut flavor.

Re: Too much sugar kills you!

The taste of coconut can overpower. I usually use butter when cooking with eggs, because of the coconut overtones. I personally use the coconut oil in my coffee every morning, and I put it in oatmeal. I do use it when baking, as the taste of coconut is masked when it is baked with other ingredients.

Although it is promoting the product, it is still packed full of information. Just ignore the promotions and listen to all the bad stuff. He even give two solutions, eat better, or take that stuff. And if you listen closely, he basically tells you what not to eat.

Eating better is all you really need. God has provided all things good for us through plants, vegetables, and animals. No man-made chemically created product could possibly be any better than what God has already created, and put on earth for us to enjoy....

.... except maybe chocolate!
