Actually I cited the incorrect chapters in Zechariah. I meant to cite chapters, 12, 13, 14.

Sorry i don't believe there is a comming restoration of nation isreal to god as the nation was never seperated from god in salvation. Only the gentiles were added. How else do you explain that the gospel was preached first to the jew then to the genitile. The first converts to christianity were the jews. Gentiles were not even preached to until the gospel was first preached to jerusalem, judea, samaria then to the utermost part of the world.

Please tell me where the nation of isreal was exluded from the body of christ. If you are still looking for the kingdom of god to be an earthly kingdom ruled from natural isreal with the nation of isreal as primary source, god already did that for about 4 thousand years before the advent of christ. now god rules in the temple of our hearts, the forever plan of god. God is not going to go back to a earthly rule, that would be going back wards, and god does not go back wards.

What does Paul mean when he says "all Isreal shall be saved"? Does he mean every last Jew will obtain salvation? We have chopped this chapter up and disected it to the point we miss the whole meaning of this chapter. First lets clear up something here, Paul is not writting to Jews he is writting to us Gentiles.

With that thought in mind, we must look to see just what Paul is refering to. He is talking about us Gentiles getting to the point that we think we are all and only the ones God is looking to. Hmm is that not what we teach and think? We are the only ones God is dealing with in this present time. BUT Paul says not so, God only blinded in part. He only cut off some of the branches. Where we get the idea from this passage that God has turn from the Isrealite exept for a few is beyond me.

Just as the time of the fullness Gentiles shall come, parrallels all Isreal shall be saved. This happened within the first century. Scripture tells us that the Good news was in fact preached to all the world, already. I submit this then, just as all Isreal that would be saved were saved in the first century, so also the gospel reached all the Gentile world too. There for the fulness of the Gentiles was reached in the first century.

It was not until this happened that God could or would come back and destroy Jerusalem and all the disbelieving branches that had not repented after giving them one generation to repent. Thus the final act of putting everything under his feet.
