So, logically, we can assume that Trayvon didn't in fact know the man had a gun.
Following, pursuing, whatever you want to call it, the point is that at some point these two got into a physical altercation. From Zimmerman's testimony, it was trayvon who engaged him first. If this is true...case dismissed, under the wording of the law in that state.

Exactly
And what I said was not an emotional opinion. I said what I said from what I have heard so far about the facts and that law they have in Florida.
Im not defending Zimmerman. Im pointing out that I THINK that because they went for the worst possible conviction that based on the lack of evidence and testimony he should get off unless the jury goes with their emotions
Im not really sure what he should be charged with

The only purely objective evidence (the recording) clearly has Trayvon attempting to flee and an angry Zimmerman pursuing. That is undebatable.
The other evidence (where the actual attack took place in relation to his truck among other) does not give rise to this absolute conviction that Zimmerman was the only one justified in standing his ground.
Once again, I did not form any opinion at all about this case until I heard the recording. If the races were reversed or if both were the same race, nothing would change my impression of what I heard.

The thing is I AM being objective. Not emotional. His word is the ONLY evidence we have to consider. We don't have Travon. Yes that is sad but legally because we have HIS word and if we don't have any contradictory witness his word legally should have more weight unless he contradicts himself
Again Im not saying he is innocent. Im being objective that the prosecutor is aiming for a verdict that perhaps the evidence can't support
Which recording? It has nothing to do with Race, I agree with you

The New York Daily News reports the former co-worker saying Zimmerman — who made between $50 and $100 a night — was fired from his job as a security guard in 2005 for “being too aggressive.” Usually “he was just a cool guy,” he said. “He liked to drink and hang with the women like the rest of us. But it was like Jekyll and Hyde. When the dude snapped, he snapped.” From the report:
He had a temper and he became a liability. One time this woman was acting a little out of control. She was drunk. George lost his cool and totally overreacted. It was weird, because he was such a cool guy, but he got all nuts. He picked her up and threw her. It was pure rage. She twisted her ankle. Everyone was flipping out.
While the source conceded that Zimmerman “loved being in charge” and “loved the power,” he said. “Still, I could never see him killing someone. Never.”
The story notes that, also in 2005, Zimmerman “was arrested for fighting with a cop trying to arrest his friend for underage drinking, and he and his ex-fiancée took out protective orders against each other.”

Im not on anyone's side.

To write the title as darrmad did is to deliberately make it sound like George Zimmerman, THE ADULT, molested a 9 year old. Sloppy Journalism 101.

Check and see how many times Bush used executive orders to bypass congress. President Obama has not even come close to issuing as many executive orders as President Bush. Typical leftist, you assume I get my news from Fox, and you are wrong but that never stopped a liberal from charging ahead.
Two major errors in your assertions about executive orders. First, and most important is the subject of the orders, many of both Obama and Bush executive orders have no major opposition. Second Obama has only had three and a half years Bush was in for 8.

Don't expect a response from the OP. I have yet to see a post from him/her that actually involves responses from said person following their initial post. I think they post just to get responses without engaging in the convo.
But, I could be wrong...

I'd be very surprised with all that we know so far (it could change) if he gets a conviction for second degree murder. Very surprised.

I'm betting the State is going to have a whole slew of these type of people come and testify.
Doesn't change anything if Trayvon engaged him first.
One eye witness even said that they saw Trayvon on top of Zimmerman punching him.
The State has an uphill battle as of right now.

You've got to be kidding me. This is all speculation. Unless you have been in a situation similiar to Trayvon, there's no telling what you would do. All of us are programmed with a "fight or flight response". Under extreme stress our adrenaline kicks in, primal instincts take over and we respond one way or the other. Its not outlandish Trayvon went into "fight mode" if he believed himself to be in danger.
