That isn't the point. It's that people have overlooked the deeper issues of what Romney is really about. He is not the solution for our country and we have allowed the media to drive the narrative. It's too sad.
What Newt said today, about the ruling, is on target. He is, in essence, saying that Robert's set a precedent with his ruling or helped Obama to lose in the fall. We won't know for a long time.

He clearly has upheld the law, which must make Obama and his supporters happy, but on the other hand, he’s upheld the law on the worst possible grounds for them.” - Newt

I don't, of course, cooperate with the lesser of two evils idea. We are voting for Gary Johnson - not your typical Libertarian as he has been a two-time Governor. A little different than Romney who couldn't get re-elected.
I think this election has moved me more toward the Libertarian view than the Independent. I might start smoking pot after the election.
