But, This is how I read many of the Anti Standard/distinction/Apostolic Doc. that is very prevalent here.

That would of course would not be everyone... but if the shoe fits, don't blame me.
Something told me you couldn't be a UC'er considering you're working knowledge of DIVRs and TIVOs ....

You are obviously proud of being distinct and peculiar ... carry on.

What does TIVO and DVR mean?

I don't have a TIVO or DVR, but am versed in technology.

Tivo, will record shows you watch... and will anticipate what you would like.

A DVR is a similar technolgy

It is unfortunate, indeed, that when the call for holiness goes forth, at least in Apostolic circles, it is rarely differentiated from the way a person LOOKS. Those LOOKS are defined by the "holiness" group and many times anyone outside the group is not considered holy.
Now that is some OLD-FASHIONED APOSTOLIC PREACHING ....

Anybody that follows the teachings of Christ will have standards because being a disciple of Christ demands it ,but the probelm lies when someone says if you wear open toe shoes or a short sleeved shirt you'll bust hell wide open them then in the name of Holiness you have made taught the commandments of man as the commandments of God.
We must be a seperated people but not nuts and flakes.
