There are plenty of Oneness groups that do not hold traditional standards. I would suggest that if Oneness vs. Trinitarian is an issue, they should find one of those to join.

Frankly speaking, I am not excited about Global being overrun by a bunch of liberal yet judgeing Oneness Pentecostal ministers who get all worked up over baptismal formulas and salvation necessity of Spirit baptism. I left the best Oneness Denomination going to get away from that mentality.

In the mouth of two or three witnesses!

I have seen so many lies posted. The best one is the one Triumphant 1 did his best to combat. You know, the hair cutting party thing?

Prominent members of this board chose to believe the lie and even continue to spread it, even though T1 had totally proved it was false.

Re: Their loss is Globals gain (maybe)

I really believe the days of a "tight" organizational structure are gone.
At least in the Apostolic Pentecostal orgs.
My concern is that we are heading into an "every man did what was right in his own eyes" time period.
I think there was some good in a basic organizational structure, however it seems as though we humans are really good at drawing lines to include and exclude people.
And both the "conservative" and "liberal" apostolics are guilty of this.

Not true at all (and especially in the context of this thread).

Actually before the late Bro Robinson died he preached a message regarding Acts 2:38 and the infilling of the spirit at a "Global" pastors church dedication service. I loved it!

So true! Global constantly encourages its participants to set up personal accouintability. I have more accountability today than I ever had in the UPC, and I love it! Pastor Brett Jones (Scott's brother) is the chairman of my accountability board.

I have no problem with the message, I do hope I didn't come across as though I do! My problem arises when it becomes a point of exclusivism and contention. I don't want to live in that areana again!

I am currently 2/3rds through my Masters of Divinity at ORU. Under my old mindset, not one of my professors--and most of my classmates--are not saved and are in godhead heresy. I don't buy into that any longer and am not interested in being a part of agroup that would.

Congrats on your Mdiv. One the longest Master's degrees to earn (credit hour-wise), and one that you should be proud of.
