Some traditions are good. Some things are clear in the word of the Lord at least for me, other things are convictions.

We need to have respect for each other.

Great word, Sis.

Ask for Yesterday. Walk in Yesterday. You will find rest there for your soul.

Your soul will never find rest or be at peace if you reject the old paths. If you want a future you must hold on to the past.
The thing is, this just wasn't true for me. I was restless and tormented when I just tried to 'follow the old paths'. When I finally broke down and decided to live the way I truly believed the Bible taught (which was in disagreement with a ton of "old paths"), that's when I truly found peace. And joy.

And I'm not remotely apostate.

Re: Ballestero's Holymess god lives in YESTERDAY .

Spooning ......present participle of spoon (Verb)

1. Convey (food) somewhere by using a spoon: "Rosie spooned sugar into his mug".
2. Hit (a ball) up into the air with a soft or weak stroke: "he spooned his shot high over the bar". Is that what they were talking about???

Easy. "Right now" is the "future" for those "living in the past."

If we find them living far enough back in the past, then even parts of "the past" could be their "future."

Remember McFly, when you go back in time, everything that's already happened becomes "the future" until you go Back to the Future.
