Re: Charismatic Bishop In Lawsuit.

I have read that he is very much against homosexuality. As we have seen over time that some that rail against something are the very ones that have an issue with it. With that being said I support Bishop Long. Not that support really means anything, but I choose to stand by him until/if guilt is proven.

Re: Charismatic Bishop In Lawsuit.

He put on Twitter the other day..."When the character of a man is not clear to you, look at his friends. Good morning to you!!!"

Thought this was interesting.

It is not uncommon for some to say one thing and their behavior is the opposite. The behavior is the truth.

The liberal media should back off. They support gay deeds. Just this week, they pushed Don't Ask Don't Tell legislation changes. The bill was defeated.

Right, but I think that the libeal media is more excited to see a "minister" fall than they want to see the gay agenda continue to progress. IMO.

Not saying that this is the case here, but the actions of some ministers are like raw meat to certain types of journalists.

(Still thanking God that I came to my senses and dropped out of journalism school back in 1982.)

I don't know if he is guilty of what they're accusing him of...but he was dead wrong for those pictures IMO

In all fairness to this young man I believe he broke in simply to look for those super cool spandex outfits Pastor Long was wearing when he sent this guy pics.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
