UPDATE from Sherri:
"My dad is having some speech episodes that they think may be from the swelling on the brain. So they were going to let us go home, but now we will be here for a while. They've done three CAT scans now. He still needs much prayer!"

Re: My Dad Just Fell Down a Flight of Stairs!
I'm in the waiting room in the ICU area. They have given him some anti-seizure meds, to prevent any more "stuff" from the trauma of the head injury. They were going to release him this morning, and were giving us travel instructions. Then all of a sudden he started mumbling and not making any sense. About a minute later, he could talk completely plain.
This went on all morning, about every half hour, he would lose the ability to talk at all. But if he waited about a minute, it would return. So they think there is probably swelling on the left side of the brain, which is where the main trauma was. They are hoping it will just go away as the brain returns to normal, whatever that is. (He IS a Graham - LOL!).
The one doctor thought maybe it was a stroke this morning, totally unrelated to the fall. But they have kind of ruled that out.
Anyway, thanks for all your prayers. We are just in waiting mode now, but he's definitely not going anywhere for a couple days now. So we are having family bonding time.
We were supposed to have a special Missions service tomorrow night, and I was to faciliate it. But we have changed it to next week, so I don't have to worry about that, at least.
