not true ho, if you read the thread "s. court to hear bho case" post 109 by coadie, retired DHS agent, it lays it all out with documentation, plain and simple and something should be done about it.
I have yet to see documentation where BHO was born outside the US. In order to have a case, that's a must-have. But even still, his mother was a US citizen, and being born outside the US doesn't exclude one from being a naturalized citizen for that reason alone.

you libs want docs, and when their provided you refuse to click on them, or believe them ,click the links!!! his grandmother says he was born in kenya! and names the hospital! and the kenyans claim him as a native son! its sworn testimony by the interviewer, how much more plain do you want it ?
His grandmother making a claim and kenyans making claims mean nothing without documentation!
Nursing rule #1...if it's not documented, it didn't happen. Making a claim without documentation won't hold up in court.

wrong again twisp, yes her age does have everything to do with it, she had to be a resident of her state, for 5 years after her 14th birthday, before he was born SHE WASNT ! bingo, he aint american, he is kenyan because he was born there, his grandmother said so in a sworn affidavite interview. and she gave the hospital, check the link POST 109. it works ! admit it !
This information is inaccurately being applied. If this were the case, lots of Americans would have to give up their citizenship based on this information alone. My aunt had my cousin in Portugal when she was only 17, but he's an American citizen with a Portugal birth certificate.

Forgot to respond to the bolded part.
Have you read or listened to the transcript? I can only gather that you haven't, because his grandmother makes it clear in the transcript that he was born in Hawaii.
