I've never smoked marrywana in my life, I used to watch guys do it amazed they didn't lose their minds or their mothers beat them to a pulp if she found out...like mine most undoubtedly would have...
I know personally a couple of people who smoked pot and are now labeled as mentally retarded. One is a guy I used to like when we were teens, but now he's unable to work or even live by himself. His mind is like a 12 yr old.
The other is a girl who is about 24 who is in and out of mental hospitals. Her cognitive thinking no longer exists. Sadly, she had a baby last year that thankfully was taken from her soon after giving birth. She doesn't seem to even realize she has a child somewhere.
However, this thread isn't about casual pot use. It's speaking of those who are chronic pain sufferers, and in most cases, their disease will kill them before the pot makes them retarded. The pot isn't used to give them a normal life or to help them to be able to work. It's to provide relief they cannot get from other medicines.

I have a friend who was a chronic smoker in high school. He's a genius!
I know users who didn't have that huge of a habit and they are stupid!!
I was a chronic user when I was young, and I quit cold turkey! It really messed up my concentration. I'm fine now.
