I was raised in the UPC in MI and attended a couple UPC churches in the South but I have not attended a UPC church (as a member) in over 10 years. I live in TN.

Is someone who used to attend a UPC church but now attends a PAW, ALJC, COOLJC, CoJC, etc church considered "backslid"?
What about someone licensed/ordained by another Oneness Pentecostal organization but not UPC? Is that person considered "backslid"?
