What is this old world a coming too ?? Next thing you know men and women are gonna think they should set together on the same side of the church.
Lands sake alive, you know as lonley as I was today, sitting home alone with a warmed up Swansons "radio" dinner. I'd of sure like to have had some company of the opposite *** myself, but I digress

Hey Holiness Woman,
For a bit of irony, my computer is holier than you!
There are parts of your response that my computer has blocked out, wil not allow to show on my screen.
My computer demonstrates just how "set apart" it is from the corrupt communications of your post.
Shame on you! Some holiness woman you are!!!
SHEESH!!

In fact, you can't even GET a cup of regular old coffee there.
They take you much farther than you want to go.

I think we agree. Especially on the bolded part. Starbucks coffee is evil. It's also awful. Although I will drink their caramel macchiatos. Does this make me a compromiser?

I won't make a statement for anyone else...
But as for myself...
There is no way on this earth that I would meet anyone from a forum or any other place without the full knowledge and approval of my wife.
If I, being married, were to have the opportunity to meet up with a single female then, even with her full knowledge I would not meet them in that manner.
I am wiser than that and my wife deserves more respect than that.
Someone might say... "Nothing is going to happen" to which I would reply... You are exactly right... because I'm not going to even put myself in a position where the opportunity would even exist.
But... that's me.

Re: Questionable Meetings of AFF Members
We're desperate for gossip today aren't we. LOL. I've met single & married, males, and females and we've all had a blast in public with lots of friends and AFF'ers around. I even stayed all night with Esther. I love Starbucks too! I guess no matter what I do or don't do I am bound for hell Sis. Holiness.

No way we should have met or no way that we would met?
I've already met Stephen and his family - - had dinner with them!
His wife was aware of our meeting and I wasn't alone.
Hopefully, we've not disappointed anyone.

No, I'm just kidding and just picking on you. If his wife was fine with it...no problem. And you had your son with you so I don't see a problem. Also, in the large scheme of things, just say no works pretty good when it comes to falling into sin. Meeting people is not wrong. People usually draw the lines back farther to avoid temptation, which is just fine. But when it comes to the bottom line, we all control and choose what we do. I think sometimes people confuse avoiding temptation with sin itself.
