I guess I am just a little tired of reading posts that are just flagrantly wrong and backed by mere opinion. In some topics is totally appropriate to share ones personal opinions but to accuse people of being racist with nothing to substantiate the claim is wrong.

Maybe the Amber Alert system is only used by certain jurisdictions or for certain cases, I am not sure.

All Amber Alerts are aired, but not all missing children are on Amber Alerts. And not all are picked up nationally. And children of color are not featured as much either. As the same with crimes with women of color. If Natalie Hollaway had not been white do you think we would have seen much news coverage?

The issue is NOT whether or not "most black folk" like Fox.

The issue is: is it fair to accuse Obama of "punishing" Fox, as you claim, just because he didnt call on them in his first news conference. THAT is the issue.

Like I've said, I think truth, accuracy, and being fair-minded are important.
Unfortunately, I guess by now I should know better than to expect fair-mindedness from you when it comes to Obama.

Many news outlets were present but in lue of what obama has said about fox in the past, it was obvious why he did what he did.

I think we would have, given the sensationalism that surrounded the ordeal and the "unique" justice system of the Dutch.

Had she been a Black girl, the story may have seen even more press if Al Sharpton had decided to try to exploit the situation.

Well said.

Some of the tripe I see written here I'd kind of expect to see on a forum frequented by mainly unbelievers. But on an Apostolic forum, some of this junk should just have no place.

Some days it really grieves my spirit. I just sit here looking at my screen sometimes thinking to myself:
"What is wrong with people?"
and/or
"No wonder some of our churches are in such a mess".
