Yeah, that's how it's suppose to work. i doubt someone making personal income of 1 million a year is creating jobs, maybe a lawn man or something.
No way should the man making 50,000 pay a higher % tax then the millionare.
Charles Barkley was speaing about the same thing one time saying he paid 300,000 something less in taxes but didn't need it, that the working class needs it more. I doubt one job was created by him paying that much less in taxes.
Now giving tax breaks to companies that will actually create jobs is another story.
