Then the democrats demonize the corporations for going overseas, just like barney franks and pelois demonizes the republicans for their own disruptive financial policies.
Crakjak, you do realize that the majority of large corporations don't even pay federal income taxes right? That's been business as usual in this country for years.
Taxes aren't the main reason for job losses due and corporations going overseas. Try cheap foreign labor, no unions and no paid benefits if you're looking for the true key reasons.

But companies looking for lower-taxed jurisdictions often take profits out of the United States. The country's 35 percent top rate on corporate income is among the highest in the industrialized world.
