There are some members of the South Texas District Board that are ANTI-Hutchins and they have succeeded in having him put 'under question'

Pastor Hutchins was instrumental in surviving the passing of my Dad through Emmaeus and Beyond. If they do this, they will have made a grievous and grave spiritual error.

How can they do that if they aren't UPC? Did they forget to turn in their cards?
